I hung 10 LED Lights in a 36 x 22 foot work area with an additional two above the bench, and the 10 x 36 section has another five in the work area and two over the bench.
Overkill, maybe, but it is bright n the shop with all of them on !

Ya, I have 12 fixtures total, with 2 bulbs each.
These leds are 2100 lumens each and 4000k  I've never thought my shop wasn't bright enough, and with the added light the LED's are bringing I think i'll be fine.  I do agree though, can't have enough light.  I may install a few of the costco setups in my loft.
