LED Light Bars are different than a couple of Round Spot Lights, what will the grille do to the Light Pattern of the Light Bars ? LEDs can be blocked by the Grille Pattern. I'm just asking questions, not what you are doing; more for me to understand whats happening. Have you seen LED Light Bars behind a Grille before ?I was thinking, SMOKE, that maybe you could secure the light Bars in there and see what the light pattern looks like, before going through the whole metal cutting and mounting process, might save time and then we all would know what LEDs behind the Grille putout for light. It will be interesting to see how things work out on this ! Oh ya, what is the Lumens and the Light Temp of the LED Bars !
