Have you considered an LED light Bar across the front of the truck ?What Lights are you planning on using for behind the Grille, LED or Halogen ? LED may not be in your plans but you gain in two quick ways, LEDs can put out a lot of light in various levels of whiteness, ( my favorite is 5000 K), and the amperage requirements for LED are far lower than standard bulbs in the same equivalent wattage ! I am thinking the Fog Light Bulb Mod in OEM Housings should work well, Luv'd the OEM Fogs on my EDGE, and the addition of the Light Bar in front and mounting LEDs or Incandescent Lighting will be great, without the extra work of taking the Grille area apart. Just me talking out loud, Devil's Advocate ! Good Luck on your choices and mounting, hope all goes well and please pictures ! One more thing, I used the Tow Hook Mounting locations on the Front of the Truck to mount a Brush guard/Light Mounting location. Worked out better than I thought it would. I will see if I can find some pictures of the Brush Guard. The bracket came through the sir opening in the middle of the apron.
