You can always re-gear... $$$, but once you get a tire size and look you like on the truck, for me it is 33's BFG-AT's, I re-geared to make the engine work in it's sweet spot !
That's how I also make it 18mpg... once, and I think there was a 20 in there too !
No regearing. The truck does fine as is. Besides it's for my 15 old next year anyways.
