I've got a little 2.3L that is running a 4" spindle lift with 245x75x16 wheels/tires. I get about 25mpg, sometimes up to 27 depending on how I drive. I mainly do highway. I think once these tires are done I am going to go up to a 265. If I could find tires at Costco that were 255x75x16 that would be ideal but they don't seem to stock them. I'm not really wanting a wider tire, rather a taller tire. You should be able to use this calculator and figure out the different tire/wheel sizes and how it affects ratios/gas. https://www.tacomaworld.com/tirecalc -Nigel
