The Explorer OEM Headers, are junk by any stretch of our imagination. There are crushed in portions and the bends are not smooth in some areas reducing flow through the headers... decreasing the performance gain of a header. Why use them ? Unless they are your only choice, then WTF use them, but there has to be a better way... or at least less money way !
