I'm looking to add handsfree calling and music into my Ranger, which has an AUX jack but no Bluetooth in the factory head unit. I'm not really interested in replacing the head unit...and the calling piece is, in many ways the bigger issue. Streaming music works fine over an AUX cord.

Also curious for phone mounting ideas in this particular truck. I've got a magnetic vent clip that works very well in my Mazda (photos attached) and was cheap. But the Ranger vents are shaped differently and it doesn't work very well in the truck. I would like to stick with a magnet-style, since it's easy and has worked well for me.
