I found out some interesting information today. Traditional rifling will leave a mark like a fingerprint on a bullet. This I knew, but what I didn't know was the polygonal barrel used in the first 3 generations of Glocks and certain models of the gen 4's do not leave ballistic tracers to match a bullet fired from a specific gun.
