Yes its HPtuners vcm pro suite. It has a seperate scanner aside from the editor. From playing with this chevy tune it seems pretty user friendly but i know from downloading other stock tunes that they dont all have the same options. SS cobalts have a "piston protection" option that dumps fuel in an overheat setting under boost. My pontiac g5 (same car) does not.
