I have been studying that chart and there is not enough info. The weight of the bullet is a factor as generally a heavier bullet will not travel as far and have more drop (charge plays into this as well). The bullet profile is another variant, a small hollow point tip on a boat tail bullet typically is more accurate than a soft point or spitzer FMJ.

Typically for most rifle at 25 yards the point of impact is the same as the POI at 100 yards. The 200 yard POI will drop below the 100 yard POI - how much it drops is determined by the bullet profile, charge, and weight of the bullet.

My 223 Mini-14 with a 62gr SP leaves the barrel at 3100fps. My 6.8 SPC with a 90gr HPBT leaves the barrel at 2950fps. The 6.8 SPC has a much flatter trajectory as the power factor is almost 70 points higher. I do not see as much bullet drop at the 200, 300, and 400 yard marks. The 6.8 makes a better medium range rifle.
