Like Turd, I'm 33 years young. I've never smoked and I rarely ever drink. The military has kept me pretty fit for the last 14 years, but all those activities have cost me. All in all though, I'm in fairly decent shape. For now.But you jump. You will really regret that in 20 years. My knees and hips are shot. Working with the the tactical comm equipment has also caused the hearing to go down as well.
