If this were '95, I'd agree; but in this day and age where everything is run by computers, not to mention how much money they rake in annually, and then factor in their ads which will say "order online, pick up in-store with free site-to-store" or the like.... Yeah, there's no valid excuse for their site to be as bad as it is.
