 It's been a while since I looked into it, but I don't remember being able to find a bolt on option that didn't hang rediculously low.  


I ended up making my own receiver out of a class III for a full sized van. These can be found for under 100 bucks on Craigslist. There was some welding involved in getting it to fit in between the rangers frame rails and mount properly. But, you could have a shop weld it for you.  The modified receiver bolts to the rangers frame.
