Have you contacted the person that sold it to you? Since you said there was JB Weld on it, I'm sure he knew it was there! Dick move on his part.
Well if the rest of it is in good shape you'll have a nice machine when you're done fixing the engine. Any other engine fixes/upgrades while it's apart?
