I sanded the entire bed with a pneumatic hand sander and I used 80grit sandpaper per recommendation of the kit instructions
After sanding the bed down I primed all the bare metal spots and spots where I went through the paint like on the edges using an etching primer also per instructions.
After priming everything we masked and taped everything off to avoid overspray and warmed up the shop to raise the temp of everything to help curing time once applied and sprayed the coats, sprayed 3 coats on the bed and tailgate with the bed floor getting heavier coats.
After letting it sit overnight in the shop with keeping the temp around 70 degrees to optimize curing time we removed the masking and put it back together. The finished product
Overall I am very happy with the results. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to do a spray in bedliner but doesn't want to pay a shop to do it. That's why I did it myself I took it to a shop to get a quote and it was almost $600 for them to do it and I did it myself for a little over $200 and a couple days work.
