^^^^ Along with ditching over-the-air radio, who really even uses CDs anymore? OP can look into streaming music or podcasts via interwebz, and on a side note oh so many of those over the air radio stations have a website and stream their station live if one really wants it. SiriusXM is also another option and if you look around there are adapters out there that are enabled to work for life (ie, no monthly bill).
