If you dig into their info the 35hp and 5mpg are on PowerStroke and EcoBoost engines. For the NA the results are only a slight improvement.

I had a FlipChip in my 99 F-150. It supposedly had a performance and economy tune. I got more power and fuel economy on the performance tune. The economy tune lowered the power and fuel mileage.
