Your P0141 and P0136 codes mean you don't have a rear O2 sensor hooked up. Sounds like the didn't put the Cat back on. you have 3 (maybe 4) o2 sensors. 2 of them are right after the manifold. These are the ones that control how well your truck runs. Then there should be a cat converter and then the rear o2 sensors. The rear o2 sensors are just there to see how well the cats are doing at removing emissions. Not having rear o2 sensors won't cause poor gas millage or performance, you just won't be able to pass emissions (if your area requires it) and you will have a check engine light on all the time.
