Is it possible to just turn off all attempted automated emailings of any kind? Leave the emailing to a user making a deliberate effort to check the email notification boxes, go into their account preferences and check "Always notify by e-mail when replies posted to topics you participated in", or deliberately opt to send a communication via email? Sorta like opting in rather than opting out. :)



Edit: yes on this test, the "Notify me by e-mail when replies are posted to this topic" did not auto check itself. Nice!
