Cool thanks all and welcome Beater! Go post in the welcome thread and tell us a bit about yourself and your obviously modified ranger :) Mike the stock shorty console has 4 studs coming out of the floor upwards did you bolt through or use those fantastic riv-nuts we have been discussing in another thread? 2 of mine were broken from my DD green 2000 in my avatar (currently) and I put through bolts, fender washers on the bottom. Took 2 people to tighten the aluminum bracket but I got it done. Drilling that hole was a chore had some drift lol. I'm going to do the seat swap in the spring after I fire the other truck up, a guy I work with has purchased a tube bender and we are planning to do the exhaust ourselves to save money. I will drive it next summer it has been too long. First few trips will be with the old interior till I get the bugs ironed out of the V8 then it is an all out mod fest.
