MaXX, you could convert your EDGE over to 4x4. Been done dozens of times without too much trouble.
“Too much trouble†can be relative. Haha
Everything is pretty much bolt on, the tricky parts are the transmission, transfer case linkage (electric shift won't work), and not all edge trucks had the third bracket for the front axle from the factory.
