Kaylee, I don't think he wasn't disputing the legality of LED headlights in general, as we all know the manufacturers are slowly moving that direction. It is the conversion process... wrong bulb type for the reflector/lens in our Rangers. To work correctly, the LED bulb must also have a correctly designed reflector and lens... designed as a single unit.
The lights I bought do fit and are made to fit my Ranger. I ensured fitment when purchased and was able to see that they would be fine in the housing i have. I was simply asking someone to instruct me on how to put new bulbs in old housing. Was not expecting a legal dispute with members.
