For those with the comments, LED lights are not illegal in the headlights. The LED BARS are illegal on public roads, but headlights are not. They can be considered frowned upon, but they are less-power consuming and I am hard of sight. I work late at night and brighter headlights are what I chose to go with besides new glasses. Check the reason/intent before making a comment. I asked how to put them on/in, not the laws behind them. :)
