As evidenced by the gas tank, the muffler/carb box/primer/choke, is (was) that a Tecumseh and of the 6ish HP variety?

It was indeed a 6hp hh60 Tecumseh. It was the two output shaft version. I replaced it with an 11hp Predator engine. Had to Modify the Predator, so that it would have 2 output shafts. --- John
2 things were put on this earth, for the sole purpose of causing aggravation. One of them was TECUMSEH engines.
