It's shame the way the Government is headed. Like most (not all) active duty military members, I'm a Trump supporter. Is he perfect, no. But he was different and that's what the county needed. He could do better than he is but the stock market is higher than its ever been in history and the unemployment rate is lower than its been since the 90's.
I love that he's not politically correct. How did American's all of the sudden get so offended by everything? We were a super power during WWII because what we said is what we did. We didn't care about hurting feelings. You attack us, we'll attack you 3x harder. I'm all about that.
Is your country offended? Then you shouldn't have crossed us! Sure we're all entitled to an opinion but if we're so easily offended we're going to turn into a bunch of winey bitches (sorry mods).
In the military (or even as a kid with strict parents) if someone tells you that you suck...well it's probably because you suck. Do you deserve a trophy for sucking? Nope! All the ass chewing's I've received from people who out rank me were justified. Sometimes I even walk away impressed, thinking "yup, deserved that one". Then I would go and improve upon whatever I sucked at.
That's how it works. You baby your kids and give them last place trophies they'll grow up thinking sucking is okay. They'll also get offended when people finally tell them that they suck.
Sorry guys, I know not everyone is on board with my way of thinking and that's okay. Guess I just had to throw that out there.

As for offending, lol, in more recent years people have been trained to be *offended*. Next Pearl Harbor day (or maybe sooner) I'll post a pic of a pair of binoculars I've got in my basement. A little souvenir one of my uncles pealed off off one of the many Germans he rolled in WWII., and I'm ~ 1/2 German, AND I'm not offended by his actions either. Besides, the guy got shot, lived to tell about it, got a job after the war and never sucked on the gov't teat claiming he was traumatized and all that. Strange how that one has changed these days.
*As for the upper elected peeps, as a group, I'm liking and trusting them all less and less. Perhaps feelings would be different if they weren't so interested in ~300 or so people at the very top of the food chain. Might not hurt if all campaign contributions were put in a big pot and divided equally among candidates. Of course, that might spoil Christmas for several of those 300, we cant have that, lol!!!!!
