I've never wanted to do a steering wheel swap before, but it occurred to me that the airbag pulls straight out and the wheel in your pic was a leather Ranger wheel that would just go right on without fitting or other awkwardness :)

I've no idea what the Exploder wheel is Vs all i just said, PM'ing you to take this "offline" ;)
I'll continue this a little more just to get some info out there to whoever my be looking over this...

The Expo wheel I had in my truck was about half the thickness in the round circle section you hold on to that Ranger leather wheels have. Swapping from a rubber (or whatever a non leather wheel is) to the Expo wheel I had no idea it was not the same as a leather Ranger one as the thickness was the same as the wheel I removed. I only noticed a difference when I drove my dads truck one day, and I figured his wheel must have been redone. Since that point I have taken a closer look at Rangers in junkyards and Expos in the yards, and it seems Expos just had smaller wheels than that of the Ranger Leather wrapped ones.

The spline size between Ranger and Expo is the same, along with CC buttons and airbags. To swap the wheel all you need to do is remove the airbag (two 8mm bolts) and the center bolt holding the wheel in (I believe it was a T55 but I may be wrong) and then pull the wheel off and put a new one on (may require a gear puller).
