If you want to stick with your current housings, inspect them thoroughly for crazing. If they are starting to craze, and you want to continue on with the mod, you can easily restore and polish them for cheap. Have you looked at rockauto for wheels? Rockauto has some good prices, but I don't know how they compare to your local prices. If you wanted to, you could go a step further and swap out the header panel on yours for a 98-00 panel. The 98-00 has several aftermarket options up front, giving you a broader range to work with. In both cases though, when you have your lenses apart, you could consider retrofitting projectors in and stuffing in a pair of HIDs. I think your truck could totally rock a set of projectors. Mine on the other hand: ....eh.
