Yes. In fact, I have a second machine and its a ~1972 rendition of the same machine; Snow Bird was acquired by Yard Man (remember them?). This second machine, Yard Man model 7010-1 that I bought to use at an acreage of mine is an epic POS and a huge turd, once a great machine that got de-engineered by Yard Man (but you wouldn't notice it at first glance) and it breaks so frequently (welds of all things, crappy Tecumseh engine w/ governor that just cant be properly set, there is more) that I'm waiting for a good snowfall then I think it's going on CL at a price to entice a buyer. Still, no safety anything however and unfortunately, the machine never breaks *enough* to justify me leaving it on the side of a road somewhere. This because, I know it won't be there too long.
