Difference of 1.125 total, .5625 a side.
The Ranger axle shaft for 31 spline length:
RH 27.25
LH 30.125
The expo:
RH 27.62

RH Expo is .37 longer, plenty of ground bearing surface to fit the Ranger.
LH Expo is .375 longer, plenty of room on the bearing surface to fit in the Ranger.
Where did the extra .38 go? (.745 axle shaft length, 1.125 WMS to WMS)
