Funny thing the engineering dept. at my work printed a couple for me, then we hired this programmer that had a printer at home ans made me one that looked better.
The second one from the engineering dept. (thank you Matthew) was printed with nylon.... I cannot touch it with 80 grit sandpaper honestly it will not cut. A nuclear bomb could go off on my block... the entire truck would be destroyed save for the nylon hub cap.
