It has new-ish fuel injectors, so maybe a vacuum leak? that's what the one shop said, But I've put 1000+ miles on it since they "fixed" it. Here is a video with each cylinder how it looks now that I've pulled the plugs: https://youtu.be/KtiudzSbEK4
