I now own a 2001 explorer that was born with every accessory known to ford at the time. I don't have a manual for the 01, I have a 97 manual. I'm sure Jamie has one :) There is an accessory, on the drivers side visor that literally records your voice so you can leave short messages to yourself. The previous owner is a friend of mine though he won't admit it in public. He has some "memories" on there, grandkids saying things, funny situation... Where does this thing store its recordings? Did they make a way to save off the audio? Do I have to take a microphone out there and hold it against the recorder? I haven't used it yet, I want to get his stuff off there before I wreck it.
