Yes! usually the hego's have a massive draw to pre heat, those circuits are usually protected in the smart junction box under the hood?
Although when I check fuse diagram for 16 sploder I do not see anything that says HEGO
Power may come from PCM or from one of the PCM power relays
Can you swap HEGO from bank 1 to 2 and then monitor live data? see if error moves with sensor
