I Imagine swiping some sort of an electrical diagram would be a great place to start. I looked at a fuse diagram already and nothing says "I go right to the heater in that there O sensor". I'll post a screen shot but from what the screen looked like bank 2 says closed loop and on the same explanation for bank 1 I was expecting "closed loop" but it says error. Bank 2 O sensor voltage fluctuates positive as it should and has a few MV but Bank 1 O sensor fluctuates between zero/slightly positive/slightly negative but never reaches 1/2 MV one way or another. It either like you said has pinched or broke wires or if I am lucky the sensor itself is dead. So you say there are fuses related to the O sensors? Makes sense since it has a heater.
