So you are saying bank 1 sensor on live data shows flat and you are getting error code
Bank 2 sensor shows fluctuating voltage?
And the vehicle is in closed loop
Am I reading that correctly?
I would inspect wiring to 02 sensors make sure no burns or bad pins, no shorts
Of course check any fuses related to Hego
My mom owns a ecoboost 2019 platinum, I only change the oil and do brakes
Otherwise like you, it would be all new
