Looking to put the wheels in motion on this.. and take it from a napkin based conceptual idea and put it into a production phase.
So we wanted to follow up to see what interests if any may be in the community here. Gearing up for the opportunity is there, and we will be putting together a group buy program to kick-start this off in the right communities. Participation is the key here. Been around awhile, especially in this community and others. If people aren't looking for something you have, it's not a viable product to bring to fruition or platform sometimes.
We have a few communities we're reaching out to, so it's not all on this community alone.
The required minimum order to do a group buy that we were given was 18-20 units, Specifically 1998-2012 firstly. We're NOT the type to do bare minimums. Nothing worse than being told a minimum of anything to do, and then setting that as an actual goal of achievement, as if that's the best we could do. We would like to see that interest range into the 30's or more for our first production run in hopes that we actually make the first run worthwhile in material costs, material delivery fees, community discounts to all interested, best quality in craftsmanship and materials, and the overall future product interest of the community as a whole. If those numbers are where we need and want in commitments across all the communities as a whole. We should be able to reach our goals, our biggest being we want to deliver highest quality on our return and exceed perceived value at the end of the day.

Out of the gate, this example should be an approximation of what a retail factor may look like, there will be additional shipping and as you would all know that may vary however. We have learned ways to try and save in this area where we can to continue to cut a few dollars out of the cost without sacrificing quality of delivery services whether LTL or Private Carrier like FedEx Freight.
Let me personally clarify that with volume, the goal is to achieve better than minimum volume, deliver a higher quality product, and make it worthwhile for all. We are not looking to do a limited production run, this will be an ongoing production product afterwards.., unless somehow ALL Ford Rangers South of an EV based vehicle are banned forever in America.
