Newbie to ford. Never owned one till last year. I have a 92 explorer 4x4 manual trans Dr that is a project it has the 4.0l but what I've been working on is my daily: Black better danger. It's a 06 model with the 3.0l 2wd. Me and this truck have one hell of a romance story to be told. Bought it with 43k original miles . Oil pressure gauge and oil pump just quit working and I didn't realize it working 12hr shifts 6 days a week with 2 kids and motor died. It also got ran over by a semi trailer in a parking lot. Took the insurance $ bought a 02 edge for 500 and had the motor rebuild with the rest of the cash. And here we are 40k miles later. Nice to be here and I will be asking a lot of questions like I said I have never owned a ford before but I don't think I will ever buy anything else now. This is her today still got some work to do and a lift kit I can't even use. She sits on 32x11.5xr15 and is need of tint a tailgate ps weather strip and a few more little things.
