Disinformation.  The facts of what really happened is they waived, short term, the rule forbidding higher than 10% ethanol.  It COULD go up to 15%.  20% will damage vehicles.  It was more as a sop to corn farmers than anything else.  It mandated nothing.  It ALLOWED gas companies to put more in.  I thought letting companies do what they wanted with less governmental rules was what the GQP wanted?
