If you do have to replace the fuel pump be sure to buy new bolts for the bed. It will be about $60 but the originals on my 04 were too far gone to be reused. I also chased the nuts with a tap to clean them up and then used plenty of anti-seize in case I had to pull the bed off again. While I had my bed off I also wire brushed all of the surface rust on the frame and spare tire carrier. Since I had easy access I also swapped out the rear shocks.
