Thanks Jim! Yes, that one you found on Facebook or wherever was an older model and quite different from mine, but it proved that it would work (with enough effort). I *AM* going to go back in and make a change to the Brake Shift lock. I wasn't thinking when I wired this stuff up, but every time you press the brake pedal, it engages the solenoid that allows it to come out of park. I have designed a new, 2-relay scheme that will only actuate the Brake Shift lock when 1) the key is on 2) the brake pedal is depressed and 3) the gear selector is in the park position. Otherwise, it does nothing. That's the only issue I have, so I am quite pleased with the mod. I noticed that this thread has almost 50,000 views! There must be a lot more interest in this mod than I anticipated.
