Back in 2014 I took an early retirement when I blew out my knee. It took two years of therapy before I could walk without pain and I took a medical retirement 6 months after my accident. I kept up the therapy for another 18 months to get to the level where I could walk for a half hour without any problems. I have a medical pension and also a military pension. I have retired twice. Once with 21 year military service and a second time medically due to a knee injury. I have had a class A CDL with all endorsements except Tanker. I drove a school bus for the past 3 years. I have an acquaintance that needs a 12k pound product delivered from Savannah GA to Alpharetta GA twice a week and is willing to pay just over $900 a load. I have also found a producer needs to ship a load once a week from Atlanta to Savannah for $800. The loads match up. I will be dropping about $95K on this venture counting the truck , trailer, with the bindings and tarps. I should make it all back 11 months in the year. Years two and a percentage into year 3 will net good profit.
