My 2000 Ranger is officially off the road. I pulled the upper & lower intakes because it was leaking oil thinking the coolant was leaking from there also, but it was not. With the intake off I put coolant directly into the coolant passage & it is leaking between the engine & the trans. Right now I can not do an engine swap as I have been diagnosed with a pinched nerve in my lower spine causing hip & back pain. I will be starting PT on Monday & hopefully that helps reduce the discomfort & pain. Right now the Ranger sits next to our garage, if anyone needs/wants any parts from it all is available cheap. I found a 05 F150 2WD regular cab with only 80k miles for a very good price that I could not pass up.
