JAMMAN wrote:Welcome, we love our 2000's around here :) Thank you Jamman. I bought this truck off my maternal Uncle last year for $750. I was fixing it up for him gradually when he asked me if I wanted to buy it. I already had it running again and since I couldn't find a decent SUV I decided to buy it, the price was right and I already had some time and parts into it. It has some minor issues here and there: Throttle cable held on with zip ties due to stretching or wrong size/ needs brakes/ minor engine issues I'm working out a little at a time/ dents, well, everywhere/Driver seat broken but still usable etc etc. But it's still not a bad little pickup. I'll admit it, it started to grow on me when I was wrenching on it for my Uncle so even though it wasn't what I was looking for( I wanted an SUV for my tools) I was half decided to take it if he ever offered a good price, which he did. With all her issues she's still kinda fun to drive. It's a work in progress and my first pickup even though I'm in my 60s now.
