LoL ! My mind isn't doing too much lately... but I thought it was a good idea too ! My Bar n is metal, had LARGE Beams for the structure and large strips of metal to hold the side and roof on, I had to add 2x4 uprights and then cross strips so I could connect things to them. I did get one metal strips around the middle of the walls, at about 7.5 feet point, allowed me to run the air system without a lot of trouble. BUTT... just a lot of work to add all the wood to get shelves. I used a 1/2" Foam with both a silver and white backing on it, you decide what you want. I choose the white side out to reflect the light. But the best thing as I said bfore was the sjylights. Great to hear you are progressing, looking great. The workshop will be a great add on. Later.
