When I take the Seats BACK OUT, I need to do the following: 1) Directionals - Wire hook up for the mirrors. Wire is run, just waiting for the soldering job. 2) Add additional wires for the Back-Rack Directional Lights. Added Amber LED Marker Lights that will be directionals. Wires run to the lights but not hooked up to the main directional wires under the Cab. 3) Hook up power to the OHC. Ran wiring from the OHC to the rear of the Driver's Side Cab but left them hanging. My Amateur VHF/UHF Radio needs power and the Remote Control Head needs to be hooked up. Add power to the Switch Panel I added. Make sure the new LED Light Panels in the OHC are working; may need a dimmer too. 4) Run a power wire to the Center Console Cup Holders and to two new power port in the Console rear. I added RED LEDs to the Cup Holders but didn't wire them, had to add a dimmer circuit to reduce the light output, very bright. I wanted additional 12V Power Port and USB Charging Port. 5) Add new Arm Rest to the Console. OEM Arn Rest is too high. I'm up in the air on this one, I have an FX4 BLACK Center Console, Arm Rest and Steel Arm Rest Support. I was thinking just sell the Ford OEM Console and get a Tuffy Brand Center Console (a little shorter in height) or leave the OEM Arm Rest off and make a new arm rest for the lid. 6) Add in two short lengths of LED Strip Lights under the dash for interior lights, thinking RED, again with a dimmer circuit. These like standard interior lights will operate with the doors and the Thumbwheel on the dash, if I can ever determine what is wrong with the Thumbwheel. I have the strip lights and the dimmer already but thinking an override switch for two level lighting. 7) While I am in the Cab with all the room, no seats, I might pull the radio and see what I need to do to move It out some. It is set in about 3/4", I don't get the whole picture when I look at It quickly. The rear-view camera picture sucks too, so hoping moving the radio outward will help there too. 8) Almost forgot, mount and wire the New Rearview Mirror. Auto Dim, Temp, and Compass. Not sure what the wiring will require, since the cab will be pulled apart I might as well just get the wiring done. The "wiring list" is after the Marker Grille Lights are completed, just the side ones left to do. I cut the Light Pods, contoured to the Grille Shell corners, a little rough but once they are JB Welded to the shell and fiberglassed in place, I'm thinking no one will know if I cut them to fit or not. I'll get pictures before I mount the Pods to the shell and then when finished, maybe in-between too. The new Dash system is the last thing for the cab. I think I have all the parts but need to refine the wiring and LED lighting and determine IF the gauges in the '03 will work in the '95-'97 Dash Panel. The LIST goes on and on ! The Ranger Mod Cabinet is getting some relief as I do the Mods to the truck, I need to start looking for someone to do an engine swap for me, I don't want the hassle. Little mods are easy enough but a 5.0L /AOD Swap will need time and effort. I will be in a bind out here in SoCal, engine swaps are frowned upon, even if you do it by the book, it is a major hassle you need to go through, and then you can't be sure it will get approved... so I'm thinking, swap and get an emissions test where ever I can. Sorry for getting to long winded... AGAIN !
