I finally got a way to mount the outer most Clearance Light to the Truck Grille Shell ! Last night I took some two pieces of 1/2" PVC Pipe, cut to 6" long, some 3/32" Fiber washers, and some JB Weld, sanded all the parts with 80 grit paper and JB Welded the fiber washers to the ends of the 1/2" PVC, after squaring the ends of the Pipe. Checked this AM and the JB Weld had set good and solid, now to rough sand the ends, cut the 6" length to fit the sides of the Grille Shell, JB Weld in place, and then some fiber glass and very small amount of Bondo. Working on the cutting the PVC to fit the shape of the side of the Gille Shell under and to the outsides of both headlights. Luckily there will be only one cut per side and then some fine sanding. I don't need to get the fitment perfect, just close enough for the fiberglass and Bondo to finish up.
