A few more observations while I was inside the door of the Ranger, - I noticed the slide mechanism goes to the bottom of the slide rail, and when up there isn't too much room above the slide. - The bushings, the two in the slider assembly, appear to do what they were suppose to up to the point of the misalignment, then is allows the Window/Bracket to tip. The Slider Assembly and the Bushings appear to work properly, I'm thinking the Bushings aren't the problem. - The only part that tips forward and back is the Window/Mounting Bracket, the bushing allows the movement not the slide or the rail it moves on but the Slide Assembly and Bushings do what they was designed to, move the window up and down. Thinking the problem is really in the tracks, I'm not saying a more robust Slider Assembly or beefier bushings wouldn't help, but I think if the Tracks were heavier duty, longer, and more adjustability, then we the Ranger owners of the world wouldn't have this problem. If someone does decide to make a new track system for the Ranger, please add a Wing Windows in there too ! LoL !
