Look in this thread: https://ford-rangers.com/forum48/1399.html Scroll down to the second coil pic, the one with the vertical pigtail plug. The coil is marked and the cylinder arrangement is in the first pic of the thread. Looks like you might have 2 wires in the wrong place on the driver side. Did you put a coil on it or is that the original? If the wires are in the right place and it is still a turd you might have put the timing chain on a tooth off or you might have the cam synch 180 out. It will run with the cam synch in any position or completely unplugged but acceleration is a trick and it will certainly throw a code.
