DRL in the sense of the age our trucks are simply means the first click when you turn the light switch clockwise. First click DRL second complete headlight. The "USA Fog Lights" are wired to not come on at all unless the DRL circuit is lit at least. That's why I always put auxiliary lights on their own circuit. Tied in with the radio. That was humor for James.
