Prices aren't dropping fast enough, I'm waiting on a couple of project myself.
The Deck, what about a cement block or otherwise, foundation with a cement slab... then the ceramic or preferable porcelain tiles.
I have my slabs, front and back in place... waiting for a sale or price drop in price, then porcelain tile that look like boards will go on.
